At Shoryu Nenju Hall, our craftsmen sincerely undertake the repair and remaking of your precious prayer beads so that you can use them with peace of mind once again.
We will also do our best to accommodate prayer beads purchased at other stores. Before giving up and thinking, ‘I wonder if this can be repaired,’ please feel free to consult with us first.

Replacement of the middle thread (middle elastic)
If the thread or elastic string connecting the beads has broken, or has stretched and loosened over time, we will replace it with a new, durable thread.

If the tassel becomes frayed, dirty, or develops a crease, we will replace it with a new one. By changing the color of the tassel, it is also possible to refresh the overall impression of the prayer beads.
Loss or Addition of Pearls
If the thread breaks and you lose some of your beads, we will replenish them with beads made of materials as close as possible to the ones you have, according to the condition of your existing beads.

Contact Us
First, please contact us through the inquiry form or by phone and inform us of the condition of your prayer beads (such as ‘the string has broken’ or ‘I want to change the tassel’). If possible, sending a photograph would make the process smoother.
Sending of prayer beads
Please send the prayer beads you wish to have repaired to our store using the method we have provided.
(We kindly ask that customers bear the cost of round-trip shipping.)
Condition Check and Quotation
An artisan will carefully examine the detailed condition of the rosary and provide you with the repair details, an official estimate, and the delivery time.
Repair and Alteration
Once we have your understanding, the craftsman will proceed with the repair work carefully.
Return
We will carefully pack the repaired prayer beads and return them to you.
